What you're buying

Sundayclear sells digital products: prompt-and-template workflow packs, a prompt database, and an optional monthly membership. Products are delivered electronically; nothing is shipped. Access is granted after payment is confirmed by our payment processor, Stripe.

Acceptable use

You may use the workflows, templates and prompts for your own personal or business use, including with your own clients' work. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or republish the files themselves, in whole or in part, whether unmodified or adapted, as a standalone product or bundled with anything else.

Membership

The $39/month membership renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the account link in your receipt or by writing to [to be supplied] ; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with access continuing until then.

Refunds and withdrawal

Every purchase carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are an EU consumer, you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which for immediately-delivered digital content like ours requires your express waiver at checkout before delivery starts. No income claims

Sundayclear describes time and systems, never income. We make no promise or guarantee about revenue, clients, or business outcomes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence if you are an EU consumer. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Estonian courts, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.
